The Arsonist offers a menu that showcases fire - from award-winning Stockyard Beef and locally acclaimed suckling pig, to wood-fired figs and premium seafood. We boast a 200+ whiskey list and an exquisite cocktail menu - we've crafted a simple yet elegant taste sensations to tease the palate.
The Arsonist fuels a multi-sensory dining experience with its intimate and moody environment, sensually indulgent décor, and evocative sounds and aromas of cooking with fire. Despite a custom-made fire pit and a flame grill complete with impressive moveable gantry, there are no smoke and mirrors – or kitchen walls – here.
