Select one of our customisable Gifting templates to send a Gift Card to family, friends, staff, or colleagues. Gifts are sent via email, with an accompanying SMS message to alert the recipient you’ve sent them a gift.
Don’t know which Gift Card to send? Select the Bartons SWAP Card and the recipient can redeem it for any of the Gift Cards on offer! They can even redeem for multiple Gift Cards. To redeem the recipient joins the platform as a standard member at no cost.
*Please Note: The recipient must join Bartons Rewards as a member prior to redeeming a SWAP card.

Gifting:
Step by Step Instructions
1. Login and open the Gifting Platform
2. Select Your Card to send from the drop-down box. Or Select “Select A New Gift Card” if you haven’t purchased the Gift Card yet. Once you have purchased the Gift Card, you will be automatically returned to the gifting platform with the Gift Card selected.
3. Select the Occasion/Theme from the drop-down box.
4. Select Your Email Header from the available designs.
5. Enter the recipient details.
- Name: to customise the email template.
- Email address: to send the Gift Card
- Mobile phone number: send them as SMS message to alert them of the Gift and to check junk mail.
6. Add an optional personalised message.
7. Upload an optional image, photo or graphic to further customise the Gift.
8. Send now or select a specific date to schedule in the future.
9. Select “Preview” email – Select Close if no changes are required.
10. Send (or schedule) the Gift Card.
